Events Crew (Set up team)

Our client is looking to grow their events crew team. The chosen candidate will:

• Execute the setup, delivery, dispatch, and dismantling of event infrastructures for various events.
• Work closely with Event Coordinators before and during events to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Liaise effectively with third parties including suppliers, contractors, and transport companies to coordinate logistics.
• Operate company vehicles and event equipment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Utilize space efficiently and handle mechanical tools and equipment with care and skill.
• Manage and coordinate automated or computerized systems when required for event logistics.
• Ensure all activities uphold the company’s standards for quality and workplace safety.
• Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support broader team needs.

Requirements

• A team player, organized, self-motivated, an eye for detail and able to work with minimum supervision;
• Able to work under pressure, adhere to deadlines, and work within flexible hours;
• Capable of receiving and follow instructions and communicating with co-workers;
• Driver License Category B and ideally C

Education and Experience

• Infrastructure hands-on set-up experience within the events industry is a must
• Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Must be located in Malta and hold local experience in the field
