We are looking for a professional and reliable Doorman to act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors for one of the leading hotels in Malta.
Duties are subject but not limited to:
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with opening doors and luggage when required;
Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the hotel entrance at all times;
Assist guests with general enquiries;
Coordinate with other teams internally;
Monitor access to the hotel and ensure the safety and comfort of guests and visitors;
This role operates on day-in, day-out shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Requirements
Fluency in Maltese is a must;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Flexibility to work on weekends, and public holidays.
Education and Experience
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an asset;
