Our client, who is involved in investments is looking for a Concierge Services Manager. The role acts as a key ambassador of the firm, delivering high-level hospitality and concierge support to clients. The candidate will organise services, manage itineraries, handle service requests, and maintain strong relationships with service providers while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and support clients during visits, both at the office and their accommodation.
- Manage itineraries, reservations, and all service requests efficiently.
- Maintain and develop a strong network of service providers.
- Handle emergencies with a solutions-focused approach.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.
- Ensure high service standards and follow concierge SOPs.
- Work collaboratively with the team while also managing tasks independently.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in events, concierge, or hospitality in Malta.
- Fluent in English; Maltese or other languages are an asset.
- Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing service providers and handling urgent situations.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with high integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and occasionally handle requests outside office hours.
- Sales experience is a plus.
