Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking a Concierge Services Executive. The Assistant RM's primary role is to support the team with application processing. This includes tasks such as compilation, scanning, and administrative duties related to government submissions.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Serve as a professional representative of the firm, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep all concierge administrative records up to date by accurately entering new data and ensuring it is stored in the correct folders.
- Monitor and manage all service requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and that clients receive timely, efficient responses.
- Coordinate and support client visits by arranging services that deliver an exceptional level of hospitality and exceed client expectations.
- Organize client itineraries and reservations as needed, ensuring all agreements are completed and payments are confirmed.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with service providers to ensure a robust and high-quality portfolio of services is available to clients.
- Respond to emergency situations with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders through various channels—including mail, telephone, and email—to enhance overall service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing positively to their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver timely and thorough service, demonstrating flexibility to support additional tasks as they arise.
- Commit to ongoing personal development by learning about different areas of the business through active engagement and collaboration.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solutions-focused mindset.
Education and Experience
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment, preferably within the events, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Previous experience in sales will be regarded as a valuable asset.
