Chef (Wok section)
Our client is looking for someone who is experienced and skilled with Chinese cuisine using wok for cooking.
Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
Prepare and manage dishes at the wok station, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Head Chef while refining techniques and skills.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Take feedback positively and assist in other kitchen areas when required.
Requirements
A key team player
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, and public holidays
Education and Experience
Experience working with Wok
