Chef De Partie
Central Malta
Our client operating in hospitality is looking to employ a Chef De Partie to join their growing team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Oversee and manage sections in the kitchen
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
Assists senior staff in ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Maintain stock control, order ingredients when necessary, and minimize food waste
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Handles store takes when required
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Able to lead the team in the absence of senior staff
Fully understands company policies, the HACCP system, and health and safety protocols.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work on roster basis from Monday to Sunday including public holidays
Education and Experience
Proven local experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
