Rny, operating within the healthcare sector, are looking for a Quality Manager. In this role, you will be focusing on the company’s improvement processes, internal checks and balances, monitoring and guaranteeing that the quality of service provision and backing process and procedures are to the highest possible standards.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining and monitoring the Quality Management System.
- Work as part of the management team to improve quality by developing systematic processes and structures that will assure quality.
- Oversees quality assurance and compliance functions
- Scrutinises and monitors operational activity, ensuring compliance with standards required by current regulations, legislation, guidance and best practice.
- Responsible for monitoring and updating policies and procedures.
- Producing reports for the Top management team.
- Log and investigate incidents including making recommendations for actions pursuant to such investigations.
- Developing and maintaining a CAPA register
- Taking a proactive approach to quality, working with other managers and staff to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensures new projects and services implemented are to the highest standard.
- Developing and managing clinical risk register.
- Responsible for Document Control within the company, ensuring the correct formatting. Logging and publishing of all company documents, updates and changes thereof.
Requirements:
- Registered Healthcare Professional
- A minimum of two years in a similar position
- Excellent level of English, whilst French, Arabic and Spanish are preferred
- Skilled at reviewing and analysing data
- Ability to think strategically, logically and methodically
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office; Word and excel
