Our client within the healthcare sector is looking for a Medical Application Specialist to join their growing team. You will serve as the essential link between their cutting-edge medical technology and the healthcare professionals who use it. This is a field-intensive role reporting directly to the Sales & Business Development Manager, requiring a consistent presence in hospitals and laboratories to ensure our clinical solutions are performing at their peak.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for product lines.
Deliver in-depth product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and expert guidance on workflow integration.
Ensure all applications and installations comply with manufacturer specifications and local regulatory standards.
Coordinate and execute product installations in collaboration with international suppliers, customers, and the internal division.
Provide comprehensive on-site and remote application training for end-users, adapting materials to meet specific customer needs.
Support "go-live" phases to ensure a smooth transition and integration into clinical workflows.
Conduct routine follow-up visits to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization or portfolio expansion.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support the Sales and Business Development Manager with tender preparation, technical specifications, and competitive product positioning.
Gather market intelligence and participate in strategic account planning sessions to provide clinical credibility during stakeholder meetings.
Liaise with international suppliers regarding product updates, certifications, and specialized training workshops.
Maintain accurate and disciplined records of all customer interactions and installations within the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Engineering, or a related field.
Professional experience working within hospital or laboratory settings.
Familiarity with regulatory environments and the tender process is considered a strong advantage.
Strong presentation skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
