Assistance & Flight Doctor

Our client is a leading provider of a niche service both locally and abroad. As they are growing they would like to take on board an Assistance & Flight Doctor to join their team.

The Role

• You will be part of a core team of medical professionals based at Head Office, providing global clinical support for the company operations in real time. 
• You will support medevac cases, participating as a Flight Doctor in air ambulance missions in certain cases, and offering clinical expertise for remote sites. 
• The position ensures the delivery of high-quality clinical services, monitors quality assurance, and works closely with management on project design and service delivery. 
• You will train and mentor staff, auditing medical services, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. 
• You will also evaluate patient care plans, communicates with patients and medical teams, and provides support for air ambulance operations. 
• When on duty you will have 24-hour on-call medical support, liaising with operations, conducting performance appraisals, and providing telemedicine services. 
• You will have a minimum of 5years of experience in acute settings and at least 2 years in remote environments. 

In addition to the salary there are also a number of additional allowances

Requirements

• Emergency physician certification and experience managing medical staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential, with language proficiency in English required, and French, Arabic, or Portuguese preferred
• The job demands flexibility, including on-call work and occasional travel.
