We are seeking a reliable, fluent English speaker to join our clinic in a dual-capacity role. You will be the face of the clinic, managing the daily operations and client relations, while also performing specialized aesthetic treatments. No prior experience in specific treatments is required, as full comprehensive training will be provided in-house.
Manage the booking system and schedule appointments efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Handle client filing, data entry, and general administrative record-keeping.
Ensure the clinic remains pristine, organized, and hygienic throughout the day.
Assist in promoting clinic services and packages to new and existing clients.
Support social media or local marketing efforts to grow the clinic’s presence.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
A proactive "can-do" attitude toward cleaning and daily maintenance.
No specific aesthetic background required; however, a passion for the beauty/wellness industry is a plus.
