Operations Manager

  Central Malta  |  €33,000 - €36,000 Annually 

Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused Operations Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional standards across a boutique luxury wellness clinic with exclusive accommodation for up to 20 guests. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations while upholding a seamless, discreet, and personalized guest experience.

The Role

  • You will be a proactive and hands-on operator with a passion for excellence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a refined, high-touch environment. 
  • Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure that all operational elements run efficiently and consistently to the highest standards.
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across the clinic and guest accommodation
  • Ensure smooth coordination of schedules, treatments, guest services, and room readiness
  • Act as a key point of contact for staff, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow across departments
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance throughout the property
  • Supervise and support team members, fostering a positive, professional, and service-driven culture
  • Assist in managing guest relations, ensuring discretion, responsiveness, and personalized service at all times
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Support inventory management, procurement, and cost control initiatives
  • Assist with tracking performance metrics including occupancy, service delivery, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards across all areas
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance both operational effectiveness and the guest experience
  • Step in as duty manager when required, ensuring continuity of leadership in the General Manager’s absence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or boutique environments, with a strong understanding of high-touch, personalized service delivery
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence required in a client-facing environment
  • Experience supporting teams and day-to-day operations, with good commercial awareness and an understanding of efficiency, cost control, and compliance standards
