Operations Manager

Our client is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the chosen candidate will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
• Support departmental heads in executing company strategy and operational goals.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and present operational reports for senior leadership and C-level meetings.
• Assist the Managing Director in strategic discussions and follow-through actions.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics across departments.
• Execute structured reports with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Enforce company policies consistently and diplomatically.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards.
• Support leadership in maintaining structue during ongoing generational transitions.

• Excellent reporting, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Confident decision-maker with natural authority.
• Highly personable and emotionally intelligent.

Education and Experience

• Proven experience in operations management.
• Strong middle-management background with exposure to senior leadership.
• Experience managing people, processes, and performance.
• Must be based in Malta and holding local experience.
