Our client is seeking to recruit for an Operations Manager reporting into the Board of Directors.
Duties include:
Manage, oversee and optimise processes across the corporate, finance, accounting, compliance, and office support functions
Design, implement, and continuously improve internal policies, manuals, and systems to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Monitor client onboarding and termination processes, ensuring timely and compliant execution
Maintain and develop portfolio monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations, timely and accurate reporting and organisational data is adequately preserved
Work closely with the accounting and corporate teams to ensure client related matters, including statutory and internal deadlines, are effectively managed.
Coordinate with the AML, Risk and Compliance team to maintain strong internal control systems and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
Manage operational systems and infrastructure in collaboration with IT providers, ensuring they support business needs and regulatory standards
Lead the implementation of new systems, tools, and initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and business continuity protocols are in place and up to date
Participate during internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely provision of required documentation and responses
Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within a TCSP or financial services sector.
trong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the operational frameworks within the regulated sector.
Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and project management skills.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field
