Operations Manager

Our client is seeking to recruit for an Operations Manager reporting into the Board of Directors. 

Duties include:

  • Manage, oversee and optimise processes across the corporate, finance, accounting, compliance, and office support functions
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve internal policies, manuals, and systems to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor client onboarding and termination processes, ensuring timely and compliant execution
  • Maintain and develop portfolio monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations, timely and accurate reporting and organisational data is adequately preserved
  • Work closely with the accounting and corporate teams to ensure client related matters, including statutory and internal deadlines, are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate with the AML, Risk and Compliance team to maintain strong internal control systems and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
  • Manage operational systems and infrastructure in collaboration with IT providers, ensuring they support business needs and regulatory standards
  •  Lead the implementation of new systems, tools, and initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and business continuity protocols are in place and up to date
  • Participate during internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely provision of required documentation and responses
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a TCSP or financial services sector.
  • trong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the operational frameworks within the regulated sector.
  • Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and project management skills.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field
