Our client is a household name in its field of operations. As they are growing, they would like to engage a General Manager to lead their Elderly Home and ensure that the service and quality is at optimum level.
The Role
You will ensure that the role involves high standards of care, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will manage daily operations, implementing strategies for efficiency, and leading staff effectively.
You will also handle budgets, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will be part of the Senior Management Team and thus will contribute your expertise to the whole group's growth.
Be responsible of the Health & Safety of the whole operation
Requirements
You should have leadership experience in healthcare or elder care.
Hotel Management experience will also be considered if they have worked in operational and customer service
You should have financial expertise and knowledge of industry regulations
You must have strong communication skills
Education and Experience
Qualifications in hospitality &/or Business Administration are considered as a strong asset
