General Manager

Our client is an established company on the Maltese islands who operates on healthcare related products. The company has both local and international clientele. They are growing, so they would need to engage a General Manager who will be reporting directly into the CEO.

The Role

• You will work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership team
• You will oversee all the company's functions, including strategic planning, financial management and project deliverables
• You will have have a flair for entrepreneurship and will assist the CEO with seeking and concluding business in order to achieve growth
• Monitor industry trends and adjust company focus accordingly
• You will ensure that all the operations are working within established KPI's and that continous improvement is always high on the agenda
• Ensure that clients are happy with service that they are receiving whilst creating healthy relationships with them
• Provide strong leadership to the team and lead them to reach agreed targets and operational KPI's. Ensure that performance is well handled and managed
• Have&/or gain familiarity with the medical regularity framework
  

Requirements

• Have a Business degree in Management with preference given to an MBA graduate
• Have a minimum 5 years experience in a Senior Management role
• Have excellent communication skills and manage upwards and downwards
• Having experience within the healthcare industry will be given strong priority
