Our client is an established, well renowned company on the Maltese Islands. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Chief Operations Officer to join their team
The Role
You will provide leadership to the team and ensure agreed strategy is implemented across the company
Ensure that all operations are conducted as per KPI's, within the quality framework and to the utmost customer satisfaction
You will manage a number of departments and ensure synergies and continious improvement in all operational procedures
Assist in the creation of the company strategy ensuring the growth and financial stability of the company
Lead multiple projects by overseeing and coordinating the process whilst ensuring timeliness and keeping budget
Work closely with the finance department to ensure that operations and budgets are alligned
Have regular meetings and conducting regular reporting and analysis with all stakeholders and create reports
Deputise for the CEO wherever necessary
Requirements
Have a minimum 5 years experience at Senior Operational Management
Have proven leadership skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent at building relationships at all levels and with all stakeholders
Know Maltese and English
Be well organised and be IT saavy
Education and Experience
Have tertiary education and also preferably have an MBA
