Sportsbook Affiliate Manager

Our client is looking for a Sportsbook Affiliate Manager to join their dynamic team. Play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing relationships with key affiliate partners and networks. 

Reporting to the Head of Affiliates, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing affiliate accounts for the company's brands, as well as executing strategies to acquire, retain, and reactivate affiliates in new and existing markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing affiliate accounts.
• Monitor and review the performance of affiliate accounts to ensure return on investment and achieve agreed-upon KPI's.
• Develop and execute strategies for affiliate acquisition, retention, and reactivation in both existing and new markets.
• Analyze campaign results to ensure they contribute to the overall department targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve marketing campaigns through the affiliate network.
• Negotiate with affiliate partners to obtain the best arrangements and pricing.
• Create promotions and newsletter communications to engage and incentivize affiliate marketers.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events, both locally and internationally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Maintain strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with clear communication abilities.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working as an Affiliate Manager.
• Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Possess effective communication skills and be able to handle challenging situations under pressure.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
• Have an enthusiastic mindset and be creative!
