Our client, operating in the Gaming industry, is looking for a Junior Customer Support Agent - Turkish speaking - to join their growing team:
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to both internal and external customers with professionalism and efficiency
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer-related issues
- Manage and minimise customer request queues
- Conduct customer research, including review of bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, and bet calculations
- Handle assigned customer requests based on workload distribution
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Participate actively in team meetings and initiatives
- Serve as acting Line Manager during their absence
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate channels
- Ensure adherence to the Emergency Procedure
- Conduct quality assurance for chat and email communications
- Analyse promotional campaigns prior to launch
- Oversee the implementation of the Banned Procedure
- This is a full-time role based on a rotating shift schedule, covering 7 days per week, with a total of 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish, both written and spoken
Education and Experience
- Completion of high school or post-secondary education
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferred
