We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trust Officer to join our client’s trust and corporate services team in Malta. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in corporate administration, trust management, or fiduciary services who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
● Manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and corporate structures, ensuring all entities remain in good standing and compliant with applicable regulations.
● Maintain and update statutory records, ensuring timely filings with the relevant authorities
● Prepare and review trust deeds, resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation.
● Liaise with clients, legal advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies on trust and company-related matters.
● Conduct KYC and due diligence checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
● Provide support with onboarding of new clients and entities, including the drafting of required documentation.
● Monitor deadlines and coordinate annual filings, accounting, and audit processes.
● Maintain accurate records in client management systems and ensure timely responses to client queries.
