Trust & Foundations Executive

Our client, a well established CSP is seeking to recruit a Trusts & Foundations Executive. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing and administering a portfolio of trusts and foundations, ensuring all structures are in line and compliant with the local legislations 
• Liaising and supporting the legal team and other third-party stakeholders in relation to the drafting, reviewing and maintenance of transactions pertinent to each trust deed, foundation statutes, resolutions, minutes and other documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
• Preparing and submitting of all required filings in a timely manner with the respective regulators
• Handling the onboarding of new trusts and foundations and carrying out the necessary due diligence whilst liaising with any related departments for reviewing and approval
• Acting as the main point of contact with third parties on behalf of the clients and ensure any queries are dealt with efficiently and in the most professional way
• Supporting with training and guidance to junior team members
• Keeping abreast with any regulatory changes related to trusts and foundations and assess their impact accordingly
• Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience within a trust and foundation setting preferably within another corporate service provider
• Strong knowledge in the related legislations and regulations
• Highly organized with an ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Highly ethical, professional and detail oriented
