On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Semi - Senior Auditor to join their team. In this role you’ll play a key role in executing audit engagements and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Contributing to audit planning, fieldwork execution, and engagement completion, including the identification and communication of appropriate audit procedures
Preparing audit status and progress reports and supporting timely billing and fee recovery processes
Assisting with resource planning, monitoring engagement progress, and resolving client-related matters
Coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior staff while contributing to the development and maintenance of strong client relationships
Participating in business development initiatives and maintaining effective professional network
Continuously enhancing technical expertise in auditing, IFRSs, Companies Law, VAT, AML, and related regulatory areas
Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by senior members of the audit team
Requirements
Executing audit engagements across a diverse range of industries in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and applicable Companies Law requirements
Reviewing financial statements and audit working papers to ensure full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)
Supervising, reviewing, and providing guidance on work performed by junior team members to uphold quality control standards
Education and Experience
Possession of a university degree (BSc/BA) or currently pursuing one
Ability to handle a range of assignments and contribute to diverse engagements
