Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking a Relationship Manager (Chinese speaking). The main responsibility of the RM is to handle all tasks related to preparing and submitting client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship programme. This includes building strong relationships with clients and their advisors to support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain and manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary client contact, handling applications and escalating issues as needed.
Implement a client-focused relationship strategy with regular updates and reviews.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, account planning, and resolving any issues promptly.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value.
Utilise internal resources to support client application requirements.
