Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking a Relationship Manager (Arabic speaking). The main responsibility of the RM is to handle all tasks related to preparing and submitting client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship programme. This includes building strong relationships with clients and their advisors to support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary client contact, handling applications and escalating issues as needed.
- Implement a client-focused relationship strategy with regular updates and reviews.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, account planning, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value.
- Utilise internal resources to support client application requirements.
- Mentor junior team members.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0900hrs - 1700hrs (1 hour break)
Requirements
- Multi lingual a fluent level of spoken and written English & Arabic
- 2+ years’ account management experience in investments, insurance, private banking, or wealth management.
- Strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships at different levels.
- Strong international network for business development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
- Ability to spot and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive in identifying and preventing issues, with strong client-awareness.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional, accurate correspondence.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
