Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Regulatory Compliance Manager. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Analyzing local and international regulations and ensuring the organization is in line with such laws and policies
Providing advice where required in terms of implementation and ongoing maintenance of regulations
Identifying and assessing any risks related to compliance including the development of any new products and business practices
Assisting with the development and implementation of the Annual Compliance Plan
Carrying out impact and gap analysis and assisting with the implementation of specific requirements within the bank
Conducting training sessions in collaboration with Human Resources
Compiling statistics to be used for management information purposes
Assisting the DPO with any issues related with GDPR which may arise from time to time

Requirements

Minimum eight years experience in a similar role within Financial Services
Possess the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attentive with a key eye for detail

Education and Experience

Possess a Degree/qualification in a related field
