Our client, a growing company within the gaming industry, is seeking to recruit a PSP Reconciliation Analyst to join its expanding team.
Main responsibilities:
Perform and review daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) across multiple payment methods, including cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and local payment solutions
Reconcile player transactions, settlements, rolling reserves, fees, chargebacks, and refunds to ensure accuracy and completeness
Investigate and resolve complex reconciliation discrepancies such as missing, delayed, duplicated, or mismatched transactions
Monitor PSP settlement schedules and ensure the timely receipt of funds into company bank accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for PSP reconciliation queries, issues, and escalations
Collaborate closely with Payments, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve data, system, or process-related issues
Support internal and regulatory audits by preparing and providing reconciliation documentation and supporting evidence
Prepare reconciliation reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management review
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Perform ad hoc tasks and provide additional support to the team or wider projects as required
Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in PSP reconciliations, payments operations, or finance roles within the gaming industry
Strong understanding of end-to-end payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, refunds, and chargebacks
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Education and Experience
Part-qualified ACCA or currently pursuing ACCA certification
