Internal Audit Manager

  Central Malta  |  €55,000 - €60,000 Annually 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit Function. The role offers the opportunity to provide independent assurance and strategic insight across the Group of companies. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver risk-based internal audits across the Group, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  • Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, governance, and operational processes.
  • Identify control gaps, recommend practical improvements, and support management in implementing corrective actions.
  • Review and validate audit work and reports prepared by team members.
  • Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present key findings to senior management.
  • Contribute to annual audit planning, risk assessments, and special advisory or investigative reviews.

Education and Experience

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ideally qualified in Audit
