Our client within the Manufacturing industry is looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to join their team.
The main responsibilities include :
- Managing daily accounting functions.
- Management of cash including payments and receipts.
- Maintaining and reconciling the General Ledger.
- Performing month end / year end closing procedures.
- Assistance on the fortnightly and monthly payroll.
- Assistance with VAT returns and other tax compliance.
- Monitoring, accounting, and reporting on factory variances on a regular basis as required by the site.
- Providing support on business improvement projects.
- Providing support on the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Assistance during the internal and external audit.
Requirements
- t least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
Education and Experience
- Actively studying ACCA or an equivalent accounting qualification
