Our client in the Information Technology Industry is growing their team, and looking for a Disputes Manager, to lead and support the Head of Risk and Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Handling dispute management tools such as major card schemes
- Handling issues and acquiring dispute rules and regulations
- Managing dispute cases effectively
- Reviewing dispute data to detect fraud patterns and trends
- Leading and supporting the dispute team to ensure full compliance with card schemes
- Assisting in gathering dispute requirements during client or project onboarding
- Conducting risk monitoring, working closely with the Risk and Compliance team
- Overseeing testing of dispute models
- Supporting clients and internal team
- Supporting clients both locally as well as oversees
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in payments services industry, handling dispute operations locally
- Strong understanding in card organisations rules and regulations
- Possessing a strong understanding of IT systems, in relation to processing systems or dispute handling systems
- Experience in Gsuite and Microsoft Office is needed
- Excellent verbal and written English
Education and Experience
- A Degree Level of Education in a relate field
