Our client is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to support its strategic growth plans. The CFO reports directly to the CEO. The CFO must be capable of operating autonomously and driving financial performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving financial strategy and performance.
- You will also ensure that financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning is done on time.
- You will also oversee cash flow, internal controls, payroll, and regulatory reporting.
- You will also focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
- You will manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators.
- You will represent Finance at board meetings and offer commercially sound recommendations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years local experience working within in a similar role at an Executive level
- Fully qualified and locally warranted accountant
- mpeccable management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and part of a team
- Candidates must hold a positive and can do attitude
- This role is suited to a positive, solution-oriented professional with the ability to negotiate effectively with financial institutions and corporate stakeholders, while identifying and executing revenue growth strategies.
- Experience within hospitality industry is required
