Role Overview:
Conduct market, financial, and economic analysis to support project evaluation, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit assessments.
Develop and apply financial and economic models for analysis and forecasting.
Monitor and assess policy, regulatory, and funding programme developments and their implications.
Support and advise on public procurement activities, including procurement strategies, tender documentation, evaluation methodologies, and compliance.
Prepare clear, accurate, and high-quality reports and analytical deliverables.
Provide data-driven insights to support proposals and procurement initiatives.
Respond to technical queries and explain analytical methodologies when required.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, policy, and technical standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality advisory support.
This position is open at two levels, Executive (Junior) and Senior Executive level depending on experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Policy, or a related field
Previous consulting experience with proven client engagement delivery Strong analytical, critical thinking, and report-writing skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Understanding of public sector operations, EU funding mechanisms, and regulatory environments is desirable
