Advisory Manager – Insurance & Pensions

A leading law firm in Malta is looking to hire an Advisory Manager – Insurance & Pensions to strengthen their team.

Main responsibilities include :

• Provide advisory and support services to clients in relation to insurance and pensions regulatory, supervisory, and compliance matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures;
• Liaising with and responding to queries from regulatory authorities;
• Supporting compliance officers during regulatory on-site and off-site inspections; 
• Delivering training to compliance personnel.
• Work closely with clients, senior decision-makers, business promoters, and supervisors/regulators across multiple industries and jurisdictions;
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver client-related projects and assignments;
• Actively promote the firm’s services to existing and prospective clients, develop new client relationships, and strengthen ongoing client engagements; and
• Remain up to date with business opportunities, legislative changes, and emerging industry trends.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and expertise in insurance and pensions regulatory matters;
• Consistently deliver high-quality, timely client services;
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm.

Education and Experience

• Have a minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience;
