A leading law firm in Malta is looking to hire an Advisory Manager – Insurance & Pensions to strengthen their team.
Main responsibilities include :
Provide advisory and support services to clients in relation to insurance and pensions regulatory, supervisory, and compliance matters
Drafting, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures;
Liaising with and responding to queries from regulatory authorities;
Supporting compliance officers during regulatory on-site and off-site inspections;
Delivering training to compliance personnel.
Work closely with clients, senior decision-makers, business promoters, and supervisors/regulators across multiple industries and jurisdictions;
Plan, coordinate, and deliver client-related projects and assignments;
Actively promote the firm’s services to existing and prospective clients, develop new client relationships, and strengthen ongoing client engagements; and
Remain up to date with business opportunities, legislative changes, and emerging industry trends.
Requirements
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and expertise in insurance and pensions regulatory matters;
