Property & Office Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €22,000 - €24,000 Annually 

Our client, who specializes in business support services, is looking for an Property & Office Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;    

  • Coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative activities  
  • Scheduling of appointments  
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner  
  • Assisting in the administration of the condominiums  
  • Taking ownership of the business development of he condominium
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English AND Maltese
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Very good administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination and time management skills

Education and Experience

  • O’Level Standard of Education as a minimum
  • Previous experience in condominium/property management or business development is a must
