Our client who has a growing short-term rental operation is seeking a Guest Relations and Property Coordinator to manage the daily operations of its rental properties. This role combines aspects of property management, guest services, revenue optimization, and marketing. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience while maximizing property profitability.
This is a Full-time position with on-call responsibilities every three weeks (including weekends and public holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Set strategic pricing to optimize profit and occupancy rates
- Analyze market trends to capture the highest nightly rate while maximizing bookings
- Coordinate professional photography sessions
- Ensure images meet quality standards and effectively showcase the properties
- Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns
- Manage listings across multiple platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
- Enforce house rules to protect property and maintain neighbor relations
- Screen guests during the booking process to ensure compliance and security
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the guest journey
- Strive for high satisfaction levels and five-star reviews
- Offer and coordinate services such as private chefs, in-home massages, fridge stocking, and mid-stay cleaning
- Oversee housekeeping and routine maintenance
- Ensure properties are consistently well-maintained and guest-ready
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field
- Must be available to work flexibly even after working hours according to the urgency of the clients needs.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and guest service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and marketing tools is a plus
- Must be based in Malta
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required.
