Our client is looking for a passionate Field Coach with a strong interest in real estate and people development. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on coaching during live client interactions, helping consultants grow through hands-on, in-field training and live client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person training sessions with sales and letting consultants during actual client engagements.
- Offer practical support and guidance throughout property viewings, valuations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Accompany and mentor both new and current team members to reinforce company standards and best practices.
- Assess individual development needs and provide personalized coaching to boost performance.
- Deliver immediate, constructive feedback to strengthen consultants’ communication, persuasion, and client interaction skills.
- Work closely with branch managers and team leaders to maintain a consistent sales strategy and service quality.
- Monitor consultant progress and provide reports on training results and areas requiring development.
- Keep training content current and effective by staying informed on market trends and industry updates.
Recruitments:
- Good knowledge of real estate procedures and regulations is a must.
- Experience in training, coaching, or learning & development within the real estate industry is considered an asset.
- Proficient in both Maltese and English.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and people skills.
- Capable of motivating and leading teams through personal example.
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting others’ growth and success.
