One of our clients are looking for a Handyman, who will take care of the general maintenance of their short stay units all over Malta. If you think this is something you are interested in and this suits your profile please find the duties and responsibilities below:
Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
Undertake general plastering and painting duties
Carry out basic plumbing and electrical and minor corrective work
Fit, assemble, and maintain furniture, fixtures, and interior fittings
Complete property inspections to assess and report maintenance issues
Respond to and resolve day-to-day maintenance and wear-related issues
Oversee and communicate with external contractors when required
Ensure all works are completed effectively and in line with organizational standards.
Requirements
Relevant experience is a MUST
Strong practical skills: electrical, plumbing, and minor works
