Manage new item requests for quotations, coordinating closely with customers, sales offices, and internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible service.
Evaluate the technical and manufacturing feasibility of new customer projects at multiple stages, from tooling concept development through to part submission.
Participate in and contribute to process flow decisions to ensure efficient and robust manufacturing solutions.
Lead new customer projects in close collaboration with manufacturing teams, ensuring a smooth and effective handover at Start of Production (SOP).
Develop a strong understanding of end-user applications and the markets in which customers operate, building internal market intelligence for key accounts.
Enhance the manufacturing knowledge of the sales organization, including travel to global sales offices as required.
Manage and deliver ad hoc projects in line with business needs and priorities.
Track and follow up on timelines, milestones, and stakeholder actions across the TSS Malta project pipeline.
Effectively communicate tooling and manufacturing concepts to customers, both virtually and in person.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements.
Proactively report any hazards, near misses, or incidents immediately to area management.

Education and Experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Master’s level in Engineering or Management considered an asset, but not compulsory.
1-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment.
Advanced level of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Experience using Engineering design packages such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Siemens NX or other.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
