A leading international company in the Maritime industry are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join their growing team:
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed repair schedules and coordinate with all departments
- Review documentation and inspect vessels upon arrival
- Assess manpower, materials, and subcontractor needs
- Coordinate dock availability and facility readiness
- Lead daily production meetings and maintain clear communication with the client
- Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Collaborate across departments for timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in the maritime industry will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD for technical drawing and planning purposes
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong command of the English language; knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.
