Our client, a Mechanical and Electrical Services Company is looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Site supervisor to join their team. Reporting to the Senior/ Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensure that the works meet the required specifications for quality.
- Provide coaching to improve the performance of the team.
- Allocate and manage various trades efficiently.
- Manage third-party subcontractors effectively.
- Supervise the handling of materials on-site.
- Interpret schematics, workshop drawings, and plans accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, including work progress, materials used, and manpower deployed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and functionality of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Fulfill any assigned duties from the Project Manager.
- Conduct induction courses for new team members.
- Conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 0700hrs - 1530hrs + Overtime
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
- A clean driving license, preferably license B1.
- Possess effective communication skills.
