Our client within the healthcare industry is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, the selected candidate will oversee all maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and timely interventions.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program to maintain equipment compliance with all relevant standards.
- Review corrective maintenance activities and collaborate with the Quality department to assess potential risks to products or equipment.
- Manage facility infrastructure and associated utilities.
- Provide support during emergencies, unplanned breakdowns, and urgent repairs.
- Develop and implement an equipment risk management system.
- Establish and maintain a business continuity plan for equipment and spare parts.
- Contribute to new investment projects and upgrades to machinery and systems.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- A strong desire to grow professionally within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset.
- A people-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
