IT Operations Engineer

Our technology solutions client is urgently looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join their energetic team of IT professionals. 

Responsibilities:   

• Daily administration and management of critical customer systems 
• Manage services for Azure, Microsoft Enterprise, and Mobile Security Suite 
• Maintain and manage customer owned managed systems via remote troubleshooting and support 
• Proactively plan to prevent any issues and mitigate issues as they arise 
• Throughout all duties, advise consumers on all elements of systems and network security 
• Establish a solid customer relationship to ensure repeat business and happiness 
• Work within the IT team to provide support to users in a cloud based environment 

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Any experience within the Microsoft 365 environment (Azure) would be considered an asset.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Ability to obtain an EU Security Clearance.
• Living and working within the EU for the last 5 years.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
• OR
• MQF Level 5 Diploma
