Our client, a Building Services Company is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Mechanical Site supervisor to join their team. Reporting to the Senior/ Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Attend internal and project progress meetings as required.
Coordinate on-site activities in line with the Plan of Work (POW).
Plan and allocate labour and materials for upcoming works on a bi-weekly basis.
Assign teams according to project needs and monitor man-hours, reporting delays or variances.
Prepare material requests for PM approval and oversee on-site stock and buffer stores.
Verify and approve employee timesheets.
Communicate delays, third-party issues, VORs, and client requests to the PM.
Monitor quality of works, issue snag lists, and follow through to completion.
Manage subcontractors and maintain effective communication with the PM.
Support testing, commissioning, and assess team performance, recommending training where needed.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Requirements
At least two years of experience in a similar HVAC role is required.
Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
