Graduate Associate (Manufacturing)

A well-established client of ours operating within Manufacturing, is searching for Graduate Associates to join the Company's Graduate Programme on a two-year definite contract. The role is designed to provide structured exposure across different departments within the manufacturing operation, enabling the successful candidate to build the technical, analytical, and operational skills required to progress into an Advanced Associate or Specialist role upon completion of the programme.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the design and development of assigned projects across participating departments.
• Develop and maintain action plans to ensure the successful execution of project tasks and deliverables.
• Analyse relevant data and information to support decision-making and project outcomes.
• Support the automation and optimisation of existing manual processes.
• Provide support to the department with ad hoc tasks and small-scale projects.
• Assist with general administrative duties related to assigned projects and departmental activities.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement within existing processes and documentation systems.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of departmental SOPs, processes, and procedures as part of the Graduate Programme rotations.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must; Maltese preferred
• Strong planning, organising, and time management capabilities.
• Presentation and facilitation skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific, Commercial, or Engineering discipline.
• Experience gained through summer placements, internships, or industrial training.
• Any prior professional experience will be considered an advantage.
