Our client is seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join their architectural team, with opportunities for candidates across different experience levels.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Plan, design, and manage projects for our client, applying expertise in architectural design, construction detailing, zoning regulations, and material selection.
Produce high-quality visualizations and contribute to feasibility studies, planning documents, valuations, and proposal submissions.
Research materials and building systems, coordinating and preparing project specifications.
Conduct desktop and site research, compile cost estimates, and prepare Bills of Quantities.
Develop detailed architectural drawings for new builds, renovations, or conversions, ensuring appropriate material selection.
Prepare work plans, prioritise tasks, and provide technical guidance to clients and contractors on project timelines.
Support construction teams by offering architectural insights and addressing queries during the building phase.
Assess and certify completed work, verifying compliance with contract requirements and payment accuracy.
Undertake any other architectural duties as required.
The salary for this position will vary depending on the candidate’s grade and level of experience, as outlined below:
Graduate Architect: €25,000
Architect: €32,500
Senior Architect: €40,000
Requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office, with strong technical, design, and regulatory knowledge.
Excellent communication, client/stakeholder collaboration, and organisational skills; able to attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and document findings.
Maltese fluency (MQF Level 2) required for some positions.
Education and Experience
Accredited Architecture degree and, for experienced candidates, a Warrant to practice as a Perit in Malta.
Relevant professional experience with increasing responsibilities, including project, team, and multi-site management for senior roles.
