Our client is looking for 2 motivated and creative Architects (M.Arch), both graduates and experienced, to join their growing team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional development and hands-on experience across all stages of architectural projects within a well established firm.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to architectural design and development.
- Perform general draughting tasks.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections.
- Measure completed works for quantity surveying purposes.
- Prepare applications for Planning Authority approvals.
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Assist with site supervision.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the employer.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates also considered.
- Strong design, visualization, and creative skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other 3D architectural software; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of local building regulations and planning policies (training can be provided if needed).
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Maltese is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
