Our client is looking to onboard an experienced Draughtsperson to join their team, supporting the architectural and design team through the preparation of accurate technical drawings and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations
Produce construction documentation in accordance with project requirements and established standards
Update and revise drawings in response to design changes and consultant feedback
Coordinate documentation with architects, engineers, and other consultants
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and regulatory requirements
Participate in in-office design coordination meetings
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date drawing records
Requirements:
2+ years of professional drafting experience
Experience working on architectural and/or construction projects
Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and detailed construction drawings
Previous experience in a traditional, office-based drafting role
Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or a related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (required)
Working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
Fluent in Maltese & English, both verbal & written
