Our Client, working in building services are looking for an experienced Draughtsperson to join their growing team. Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction design documents.
- Prepare, update, and revise drawings throughout the design lifecycle in accordance with established standards, ensuring delivery within required timeframes, budgets, and quality parameters.
- Prepare bills of quantities and related documentation.
- Measure and assess work completed on site.
- Liaise effectively with site managers, clients, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to collect information and integrate on-site data into project plans.

Requirements
- Must have a valid driving license
- Proven local experience in a similar role and environment, preferably within property development projects.
- Relevant qualification in construction, design, or an equivalent field.
- Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese planning policies and sanitary regulations.
- Good understanding of local construction methods and materials.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- In possession of a valid and clean driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
