Our Client, working in building services are looking for an experienced Draughtsperson to join their growing team. Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction design documents.
Prepare, update, and revise drawings throughout the design lifecycle in accordance with established standards, ensuring delivery within required timeframes, budgets, and quality parameters.
Prepare bills of quantities and related documentation.
Measure and assess work completed on site.
Liaise effectively with site managers, clients, and contractors.
Conduct site visits as necessary to collect information and integrate on-site data into project plans.

Requirements
Must have a valid driving license
Proven local experience in a similar role and environment, preferably within property development projects.
Relevant qualification in construction, design, or an equivalent field.
Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of Maltese planning policies and sanitary regulations.
Good understanding of local construction methods and materials.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
In possession of a valid and clean driving licence.
Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
