We are looking for a qualified and proactive Architect to join our client's growing team. You will support the planning, design, and delivery of residential and commercial development projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders throughout the development process.
Main Duties:
Lead and coordinate planning applications from initial concept through to approval.
Prepare and compile all documentation required for submissions to relevant authorities.
Interpret planning regulations and ensure proposed developments comply with applicable policies and guidelines.
Act as the primary point of contact with government entities, consultants, and external advisors throughout the planning process.
Monitor application progress and address any requests for revisions, additional information, or compliance requirements.
Assist in the management of development projects during design, planning, and construction stages.
Produce architectural drawings, technical details, schedules, and supporting documentation.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and specialist consultants.
Contribute to design development and space planning for residential and mixed-use projects.
Create visual presentations and 3D renderings where required.
Requirements
Experience in planning applications and development approvals.
Good knowledge of local planning policies and regulations.
Background in project coordination and construction processes.
Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience
Fully warranted Architect registered to practice in Malta.
