We invite a skilled Data & Solutions Developer to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to transforming data into actionable insights and innovative solutions. Your expertise will help shape the client's data strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement data solutions that address business requirements and improve decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring solutions align with organisational goals.
Develop and maintain data models, databases, and ETL processes to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
Create and optimise dashboards and data visualisations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Perform data quality assessments and apply best practices in data governance and management.
Requirements
Proven experience in data development with proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing principles
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Education and Experience
A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role locally
