Our client, a well established audit firm, is seeking to recruit a Data Analytics Consultant. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and data analytics requirements
Performing data extraction, cleaning and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis
Creating intuitive data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders to interpret the results
Translating complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for non technical audiences
Meeting engagement project expectations defined by project and engagement stakeholders
Identifying, communicating and addressing project risks, assumptions and constraints
Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to enhance data analytics techniques
Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics tools
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role
Highly proficient in data analytic tools such as Python, SQL and SAS
Strong knowledge and experience in data visualization tools
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or any other related qualification
