Data Analyst ( Consultant )

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our client in transforming data into valuable insights that drive success within their fintech organization.

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and understand data requirements from Flexcube and other banking systems.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from Oracle Flexcube while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide clear and actionable insights.
  • Perform ad-hoc and scheduled analyses to support operational, compliance, and strategic decision-making across departments.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with banking regulations by delivering accurate, timely reports and continuously enhancing BI solutions.

Requirements

  • Practical, recent experience working with Oracle Flexcube, preferably within a live banking environment
  • Solid expertise in Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL
  • Proficiency in Power BI, with skills in dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling
  • Extensive experience in developing reports and dashboards for both business insights and regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes and financial products
